Trained in French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese & West Coast cuisine, she completed her formal education at the Cordon Bleu Cookery School in London.

As a chef aboard a charter boat line, and events manager at San Francisco and Northwest venues, Stephanie has perfected the art of inspired food design and meticulous event management.
